Data controller
Initial GoXHand requests are managed by EPOL’ SERVICES (Epol Service France), SIREN 882 191 935, at 86 avenue Léon Blum, 33110 Le Bouscat, France. For personal data enquiries, write to demandes@goxhand.com or to this postal address, for the attention of GoXHand.
Information collected
Contact name, company and country of establishment, email address, phone number and telephone country and details needed for your chosen service: route and goods for Hand Carry; equipment, specifications and destination for sourcing; location, volume and dates for storage. Required fields are marked. Without them we cannot properly review your request. Do not provide sensitive information or identity documents in free-text fields.
Purposes and legal bases
We use the information to respond to your request, arrange a callback, review feasibility and prepare a proposal. For business contacts, this relies on EPOL’ SERVICES’ legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries and organising its activity. Where you contract personally, necessary steps taken at your request before a contract may apply. Abuse prevention relies on the legitimate interest in securing the service. These forms do not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Recipients
Authorised EPOL’ SERVICES staff access information needed to review your request and call you back. Supabase provides the database and server functions, Infomaniak hosts the website and email, and Cloudflare Turnstile protects the forms. Confirmations are sent to your supplied email address; internal alerts contain the reference and a link to the private management portal.
France and Congo
The company entering into the contract and issuing invoices is identified in your proposal. Epol Service Congo may be considered for an operation, but its access to requests is not enabled at launch. Before any data is shared with Congo, the roles, information for individuals and appropriate transfer safeguards must be established.
Retention
For requests that do not result in a mission, we retain a six-month period from the last exchange. The deadline is tracked in our management portal; deletion is subject to manual review and is not automatic. Exceptions needed for a legal obligation or legal claims are limited to necessary information. Mission records follow the periods applicable to their performance and legal obligations. Copies in emails are also covered.
Hosting and technical transfers
The GoXHand database is configured in Ireland. Providers may also perform technical processing in other countries according to their contractual documents, subprocessors and transfer mechanisms. Infomaniak hosts the website and email; Supabase provides the database and server functions; Cloudflare protects the forms.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or erasure, restriction of processing and, where applicable, portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Write to demandes@goxhand.com with your reference if available. Proportionate identity verification may be necessary. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Navigation and form protection
Your language preference is saved in your browser. Switching languages may temporarily retain form input in session storage to avoid losing it; this copy is removed after restoration. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical information for abuse prevention: see its privacy notice. No payment is taken through these forms.
Decisions
No decision producing legal effects is made automatically from the form. An adviser reviews feasibility and prepares a proposal.
